Unify web and app experiences through the implementation of a PWA
To create a simpler and more consistent experience across channels, the bank aimed to unify the web and app platforms through the implementation of a PWA (Progressive Web Application).
For this proof of concept, design and usability proposals were developed for both mobile and desktop versions, focusing on two key areas of the private banking experience: the global account overview and credit card transactions.
